Note: Some drills and techniques mentioned in these videos are too advanced for young athletes. Please modify to your team's needs.
Sprint drills
A-walk B-walk A-skip B-skip
Emphasis: 
1. Knee up, heel up, toe up 
2. Foot strike on ball of foot (unlike the video, were the athlete is striking the ground with his heel)
3. Proper arm position 90 degree elbow (unlike the video where the athlete is letting his arms swing open)
